Position Overview & Responsibilities for the Banking Operations Coordinator:
Support Cash Managers through leading KYC (Know Your Customer) requests and AML (Anti Money Laundering) approvals
Validate and update bank signers on accounts, including obtaining signatures for bank documents
Maintain updated databases of bank account signers using Kyriba
Manage user entitlements in multiple online banking platforms
Complete audit requests for bank accounts
Required Skills for the Banking Operations Coordinator:
Minimum of 2 years of professional work experience in Treasury
Proficiency in Outlook, Teams, Word, and Adobe
Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline
Experience with KYC or AML documentation and processes
Familiarity with Kyriba or other treasury management systems is a plus
