IDR is seeking a Consultant to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity with 50% travel. This role involves managing complex projects within the IT infrastructure and service delivery sectors, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion. The organization is a leader in technology solutions, committed to innovative and scalable services.

Position Overview for the Consultant:

• Manage and lead complex IT projects using established methodologies and tools.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to provide clear communication and project updates.
• Handle risk management, issue resolution, and critical decision-making to ensure project success.
• Maintain organized workflows while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the Consultant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years as an engineering consultant, outside systems engineer, or similar role.
• Relevant technological qualifications or certifications in designated technology stacks.
• Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with project management software and knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
