IDR is seeking a Finance Operations Analyst to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role is part of a global marketing and communications organization, offering broad exposure to finance, procurement, and marketing operations. You will serve as a strategic operational partner, ensuring financial processes run smoothly and efficiently to support business objectives.

Position Overview for the Finance Operations Analyst:

• Summarized position involving partnership with marketing teams to manage budgets, forecasts, procurement, vendor relationships, and workforce oversight.
• This role provides critical support to enable confident investment decisions and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, global environment.
• You will act as the go-to operational expert for marketing units, translating financial insights into actionable guidance and ensuring compliance with policies.

Requirements for the Finance Operations Analyst:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in financial operations, budget management, procurement, or a related role, preferably supporting marketing or commercial functions within a large enterprise.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data and draw insights.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
• High proficiency with AI applications, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft PowerPoint or equivalent.
