IDR is seeking a Deputy Tech Operations lead to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing technology operations and managing a sizable team within a healthcare and Medicaid enterprise environment. The position offers the chance to work on critical system infrastructure projects for a leading organization in the public health sector.

Position Overview for the Deputy Tech Operations lead:

• Manage day-to-day technology operations for a large-scale healthcare project.
• Lead a team of over 20 technical professionals, ensuring smooth implementation and support of infrastructure components.
• Collaborate closely with project stakeholders to optimize application and infrastructure architecture.
• Oversee system integration activities across multiple state Medicaid enterprise systems.
• Support ongoing project initiatives under a flexible contract arrangement.

Requirements for the Deputy Tech Operations lead:

• Experience managing system integration components for multiple state Medicaid systems.
• Strong technology and infrastructure background.
• Intermediate experience in Infrastructure Architecture, Application Architecture, Optimization, and Technology Selection.
• Advanced experience with Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Prior development/operations lead experience preferred.
