IDR is seeking a Talent Sourcer to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves sourcing highly technical and regulated environment candidates, supporting a structured hiring process in a collaborative team setting. The company is a leader in scientific and advanced R&D industries, prioritizing compliance and precision in talent acquisition.

Position Overview for the Talent Sourcer:

• Summarized position overview in 3-5 bullet points

• Strictly sourcing candidates for highly technical roles within a regulated environment, including government, defense, healthcare, or financial services.

• Supporting structured hiring processes in a fast-paced, compliance-driven setting.

• Engaging with hiring managers and candidates via video calls to ensure clear communication.

• Prioritizing organization and documentation within ATS systems to maintain audit readiness.

• Providing support for niche scientific and research roles, with a preference for those experienced in quantum, physics, or advanced R&D work.

Requirements for the Talent Sourcer:

• 3+ years of sourcing experience (corporate or agency)
• Experience recruiting in a regulated environment (e.g., government, defense, healthcare, financial services, etc.)
• GovCon recruiting exposure (cleared or non-cleared) and comfort navigating structured hiring processes
• Working knowledge of OFCCP / compliance-minded recruiting practices (documentation, dispositioning, audit readiness)
• Comfortable being on camera for screens, hiring manager meetings, and candidate interviews
