IDR is seeking a AXIS Actuarial Conversion Consultant to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves supporting the migration of actuarial models into the AXIS platform, focusing on model development, quality assurance, and reconciliation activities to ensure accuracy and alignment with legacy outputs. The company operates within the insurance industry, emphasizing life insurance products and actuarial model conversions.
Position Overview for the AXIS Actuarial Conversion Consultant:
- Support the conversion and migration of actuarial models into AXIS from legacy platforms such as CASE and Prophet.
- Build, enhance, and validate AXIS actuarial models, ensuring they accurately reflect the legacy models.
- Perform QA, reconciliation, and validation activities to resolve discrepancies thoroughly.
- Partner closely with actuarial and technical teams during the model conversion process.
- Focus on life insurance product modeling, including Regular Life, Universal Life, and Asset modules.
Requirements for the AXIS Actuarial Conversion Consultant:
- 5–7+ years of actuarial modeling experience.
- Proficiency in AXIS actuarial modeling and model development.
- Experience with actuarial model conversions, including from CASE or Prophet.
- Strong skills in model QA and validation, with proficiency in reconciliation practices.
- Hands-on experience with life insurance products (Regular Life and Universal Life).
