IDR is seeking a Project Coordinator - Music & Audio Enablement to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role supports the Music & Audio Enablement team by coordinating marketing initiatives and ensuring seamless project execution. The position is ideal for someone detail-oriented, proactive, and experienced in project and program management within a creative or marketing environment.

Position Overview for the Project Coordinator - Music & Audio Enablement:

• Supports the Music & Audio Enablement team by managing project timelines, deliverables, and tickets to keep marketing campaigns on track.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams, including Marketing Managers, Creative, and external partners, to facilitate smooth workflows.
• Manages intake, ticket hygiene, and approval processes to ensure timely completion of high-visibility marketing initiatives.
• Assists in standardizing workflows and identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Maintains strong communication and organization across multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the Project Coordinator - Music & Audio Enablement:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfort following up, asking questions, and driving work forward.
