IDR is seeking a Scrum Master to join one of our top clients for a hybrid opportunity in Dallas. This role involves guiding Agile teams in delivering high-quality solutions, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and promoting Agile best practices to enhance team performance and organizational agility.

Position Overview for the Scrum Master:

• Seek an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams in project delivery and ensure adherence to Agile principles.
• Serve as a servant leader facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, and encouraging continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure effective planning and execution.
• Promote best practices in Agile methodologies across teams to drive high performance.
• Support organizational agility and ensure timely delivery of product increments.

Requirements for the Scrum Master:

• 5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Familiarity with traditional and Agile project management methodologies and software development lifecycles.
• Knowledge of relevant tools such as Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
• Deep knowledge of Scrum theory, with working knowledge of frameworks like Kanban, SAFe, or XP.
