IDR is seeking an Infrastructure Consultant to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in Memphis, TN. This role involves managing complex projects within the IT infrastructure and service delivery sectors, ensuring successful execution from initiation through completion. The organization is a leader in technology solutions, committed to innovative and scalable services.

Position Overview for the Infrastructure Consultant:

• Manage and lead complex IT projects using established methodologies and tools.
• Mentor, motivate, and develop project teams to foster collaboration and accountability.
• Engage with stakeholders and customers to provide clear communication and project updates.
• Handle risk management, issue resolution, and critical decision-making to ensure project success.
• Maintain organized workflows while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements for the Infrastructure Consultant:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 5 years as an engineering consultant, outside systems engineer, or similar role.
• Relevant technological qualifications or certifications in designated technology stacks.
• Strong technical aptitude, including proficiency with project management software and knowledge of IT infrastructure.
• Excellent written, verbal, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills.
