Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support project management operations and ensure effective planning, tracking, and reporting across projects. This role will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, managing project plans, supporting status reporting, and coordinating operational logistics. The ideal candidate has strong organizational skills, experience working within a Project Management Office (PMO), and proficiency with Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, and project tracking tools such as Jira.
Key Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and update project work plans using Microsoft Project (MPP)

Create and deliver weekly and monthly status reports using Microsoft PowerPoint

Support Jira setup, configuration, and ongoing maintenance for project tracking

Assist with project coordination activities, including co-location logistics and team support

Manage onboarding and offboarding procedures for project team members

Track project milestones, deliverables, risks, and dependencies

Maintain project documentation and ensure alignment with PMO standards and processes

Support requirements traceability and documentation efforts

Collaborate with project managers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to ensure project visibility and alignment
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project

Experience supporting PMO functions and project coordination activities

Strong experience with status reporting and project documentation

Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills

Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills

Experience with Jira and Confluence

Familiarity with Agile methodologies
