Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant, Process Improvement:

• Lead financial transformation projects, focusing on process redesign, system implementation, and internal control enhancements.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial transformation projects with organizational goals.

• Spearhead process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Develop and maintain process maps, identifying risk points and areas for improvement.

• Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including variance, trend, and root-cause analysis.

Required Skills for Senior Accountant, Process Improvement:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting is required; CPA designation or active CPA candidate is preferred.

• 2-3 years of progressively responsible corporate accounting experience.

• Proven track record of process improvement and project management.

• Proficiency in Alteryx, Microsoft Excel, ERP systems, and other BI tools.

• Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
