Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Accounts Receivable - Infrastructure Replacement:- Assist the Project Financial Specialist with Infrastructure Replacement- Manage and monitor high-volume or milestone-based billings tied to infrastructure or compliance projects- Reconcile payments, billing submissions, and receivable records with a high level of accuracy- Coordinate with finance teams, project managers, and external funding entities- This is a 6-month contract-to-hire position, with the potential for a hybrid work schedule- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent in accounting is highly preferred, but relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeRequired Skills for Accounts Receivable - Infrastructure Replacement:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable- Proficiency in ERP or financial systems used for A/R processing and tracking (e.g., Dynamics SL, Quickbase, or similar)- Experience in accounts receivable processes, including posting and tracking complex or multi-phase billings- Familiarity with FCC reimbursement programs or government-funded billing cycles- Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills- Construction or Telecom industry experience is preferredWhat’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
