Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Customer Service Representative:Respond to customer inquiries and dispatch service requests appropriately
Maintain and update client account information in corporate database system(s)
Ensure all tasks associated with National Accounts are completed in accordance with contractual obligations
Communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and branches to resolve concerns
Process and communicate any and all customer account changes
May assist in mentoring new colleagues
This is a 6-month contract position with the possibility of extension
Required Skills for Customer Service Representative:
High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred
1-3 years of customer service experience
3-5 years of data entry experience
Proficiency in office applications
Ability to learn new business unit software programs as needed
Strong sense of urgency and organizational skills
