Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Payroll Functional Specialist to join our team in Lawrenceville, GA. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in SAP Payroll and Time Management configurations, providing production support, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and maintain SAP Payroll and Time Management systems.
• Provide day-to-day production support for payroll processes.
• Analyze business requirements and create functional specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and time management issues.
• Collaborate with technical and business teams on system enhancements and integration.

Requirements:

• Strong experience with SAP ECC 6.0 Payroll and Time configuration.
• Knowledge of payroll processes, including time entry, wage types, and tax models.
• Experience with SAP integration points across various modules.
• Ability to develop functional specifications and conduct end-to-end testing.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Payroll/Time implementation and support.
• SAP HCM Certification.
