Position Overview for the Lead Configurator:

Possess an in-depth understanding of our WMS product, including its features, capabilities, and customization options.

Lead the configuration of WMS solutions for various clients, ensuring alignment with their operational requirements and business goals.

Mentor, train, and provide guidance to junior configurators, fostering a collaborative and high-performance team environment.

Work closely with clients to gather requirements, understand their warehouse processes, and translate them into effective WMS configurations

Coordinate with project managers to plan, execute, and deliver configuration projects on time and within budget.

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of configuration processes, client requirements, and system changes.
Required Skills for the Lead Configurator:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in configuring and implementing Warehouse Management Software, with at least 5 years in a senior or lead role.

Proficiency in WMS software configuration, with a strong understanding of warehouse processes, supply chain operations, and system integrations

Proven experience in leading and mentoring teams, with excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

Strong ability to interact with clients, understand their needs, and deliver tailored solutions that drive business value.

Experience in managing configuration projects, including planning, execution, and delivery.
