Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Executive Assistant:

• Manage and coordinate the supervisor's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements, ensuring seamless scheduling and logistics.

• Plan and execute logistical and administrative requirements for meetings, seminars, and special events, including preparing agendas and coordinating technological arrangements.

• Support business and financial operations by tracking expenses, managing contracts, and handling purchase orders and reimbursements.

• Draft and edit correspondence and communications, maintaining an effective document management system.

• Interact with vendors and external parties, completing additional projects as assigned.

Required Skills for Executive Assistant:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience with at least 3 years as an Executive Assistant.

• Must have prior experience in the healthcare industry.

• Ability to independently manage projects from conception to completion, handling confidential matters with discretion.

• Strong analytical skills to resolve problems using scientific, mathematical, or technical principles.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, PeopleSoft, and other administrative systems.
