• Provide support and troubleshooting for IT and OT Infrastructure

• Read, modify, and troubleshoot PLC and HMI codes

• Maintain proficiency with Rockwell Automation software platforms like RSLogix 500, & 5000, FactoryTalk

• Work closely with our client's team to ensure smooth operations

• This is a direct hire position

Required Skills for IT & OT Systems Support Engineer :

• Bachelor's degree with 3 to 5 years of related experience or equivalent combination

• Demonstrated experience with Azure AD (Entra ID), Microsoft Intune, Microsoft 365, MS Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive

• Familiarity with support and troubleshooting of IT and OT Infrastructure

• Ability to read, modify, and troubleshoot through PLC and HMI codes

• Professional certifications as appropriate

• Solid understanding of Microsoft AD/Entra ID, M365, and Intune Autopilot

• Proficiency with Rockwell Automation software platforms like RSLogix 500, & 5000, FactoryTalk
