Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Workday Specialist:

• Collaborate with our client's team to manage and optimize Workday and PeopleSoft HRIS systems.

• Focus on integration and total rewards, ensuring efficient data flow and communication between platforms.

• Engage with third-party consultants to identify scalable solutions and improve system performance.

• Utilize strong analytical skills to address and solve complex problems.

• Contract position through mid-January, with potential for extension.

Required Skills for Workday Specialist:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience with Workday, especially in Compensation and Benefits modules.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

• Experience with PeopleSoft HCM is highly valued but not required.
