IDR is seeking a IT Systems Analyst for one of our top Healthcare clients in the Rochester, MN. This is a 9 month remote contract role. If you are looking for an opportunity to join a large organization and work within an ever-growing team-oriented culture, please apply today!
Responsibilities:
Regularly meet with clients to coordinate project efforts and manage backlog grooming in an Agile environment.
Collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and communicate concerns to project leadership.
Simplify complex technical terminology for management and staff, while developing and maintaining various levels of architecture (conceptual, logical, physical).
Provide technical advice to senior managers, recommend system optimizations, and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the Enterprise Architect and IT teams.
REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelor’s degree with 3 years technology or business administration experience OR Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology Business Management or related field preferred
3+ years of technical troubleshooting
3+ years of Power Automate
Strong Experience with Sharepoint Advanced and Excel
