Position Overview for the Staff Engineer:
The Staff engineer is going to be a Senior-Level technical leader specializing in software engineering. Will be a 50/50 split doing hands on coding/code reviews and being a technical leader who is responsible for the direction of the projects and strategy. In this position they will be handling high profile projects and managing deadlines. They will be mentoring 5-6 product teams of engineers and leading them to meet project deadlines.
Required Skills for the Staff Engineer:

7+ years of experience in Software Engineering

2+ recent years of experience leading a team of engineers through Agile software development processes

Prior hands-on experience across this technology stack (React, GraphQL, Ruby on Rails, Flutter, AWS) – Not all required
