IDR is seeking a Project Manager to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. This role involves overseeing enterprise IT projects within a structured framework, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with organizational goals. Position Overview for the Project Manager:
- Responsible for planning, executing, and governing enterprise IT projects and programs to deliver scope, schedule, budget, and quality outcomes.
- Apply PMO standards and methodologies to ensure project alignment with organizational objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams and facilitate stakeholder communication to ensure project success.
- Manage project risks, dependencies, and resource allocation, maintaining compliance with security and regulatory standards.
- Contribute to the organization’s mission by enabling reliable and compliant IT delivery.
Requirements for the Project Manager:
- Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
- Experience managing large, complex IT projects and programs following PMO standards.
- Ability to develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
- Proven leadership in resource management, quality assurance, and process improvement initiatives.
