IDR is seeking a Project Manager - HRIS to join one of our top clients remotely. This role is within a leading organization in the talent technology sector, focusing on enterprise-wide HR and talent system implementations, workforce planning, and organizational change initiatives. You will play a key part in managing high-impact projects that enhance the company's employee experience and technological capabilities.

Position Overview for the Project Manager - HRIS:

• Lead the planning, governance, and execution of enterprise-wide HR Tech initiatives.
• Manage complex, cross-functional programs spanning HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, HRIS, and Enterprise Technology.
• Provide strategic oversight and executive-level visibility into program status, risks, and outcomes.
• Drive alignment across diverse stakeholders and manage organizational change.
• Support the firm's workforce transformation and talent strategy through effective project management.

Requirements for the Project Manager - HRIS:

• 5+ years of project or program management experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Proven experience managing projects with executive visibility and enterprise-wide business impact within the HRIS or Talent Tech domain.
• Demonstrated success delivering strategic business, HR, workforce, or technology transformation programs.
• Experience working across multiple stakeholder groups and driving execution without direct authority.
• Experience managing competing priorities, dependencies, risks, and organizational change.
