Responsibilities:
Leverage AI tools and customer data to uncover financial behaviors, needs, and friction points across different life stages.
Develop and maintain a financial life cycle framework to guide targeted product development and personalization strategies.
Create and optimize customer journey maps to visualize the end-to-end user experience and pinpoint improvement opportunities.
Collaborate closely with product managers, UX designers, marketing, and data analytics teams to ensure product features align with customer goals and business outcomes.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including customer engagement, retention, and financial well-being metrics.
Requirements:
Commercial insurance experience is required.
5+ years experience in product analysis or product management within financial services or insurance.
Strong background in customer data analysis, journey mapping, and personalization strategies.
Experience working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and analytics teams.
Exceptional communication skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into executive-level insights.
