Total 8+ Years of experience with salesforce with 4+ years informal product management techniques, and tools involved in planning and delivering new software products and services . Certified product owner . Understand overall platform strategy and roadmap, identify the features to be built, prioritize features, build consensus, and coordinate product schedules with developers to deliver high quality exp for our application teams and customers and partners . Build use cases and US and communicate them effectively. . Maintain a roadmap that helps solving critical problems and delivers value to application users and the customers. . Integrate user research, analysis and stackholder feedback into product requirement to ensure products satisfy application / user needs as well as meet the needs of the business . Identify methods and Metrics for identifying success and failures. . Coordinate with other product owner and product managers to ensure cohesiveness . Demonstrate good judgement in sele4cting methods and techniques for obtaining solution Required Skills for Mainframe MQ Engineer:

• Define and maintain the product roadmap for Salesforce applications in alignment with platform strategy and business objectives.

• Identify, prioritize, and plan Salesforce platform features and enhancements to deliver value to end users, customers, and partners.

• Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements, build consensus, and drive product initiatives.

• Translate use cases into clear, actionable user stories and acceptance criteria that guide development teams.

• Act as a certified Product Owner in agile ceremonies, managing the product backlog and ensuring continuous delivery of high-quality features.

• Integrate user research, feedback, and analytics to design solutions that solve key user problems and meet business goals.

• Coordinate with developers and QA teams to ensure timely and high-quality product releases.

• Define and track KPIs and success metrics to measure product effectiveness and guide future improvements.

• Work closely with other Product Owners and Product Managers to ensure consistency and integration across Salesforce products and features.

• Apply sound judgment and industry best practices to iterate on product strategy, processes, and delivery methods.
