1–3 years of experience in the IT industry, with exposure to project management and data management activities.
Prior experience or familiarity with financial services or function-specific domains preferred.
Exposure to website auditing, data reporting, and analysis strongly desired.
Experience with AEM-related project work is a plus.
Proficiency with project and workflow tools such as Jira, Airtable, and ideally Workfront.
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and apply new knowledge effectively.
Strong organizational, documentation, and decision-making skills.
Ability to take initiative, work independently, and manage multiple concurrent tasks.
Flexible and adaptable to take on ad hoc assignments and shifting priorities.
