Position Overview for the Network Engineer:
Our client is seeking a Network Engineer
to join our team.
This position will report directly to the Enterprise Infrastructure Manager. Day to day they will be tasked with maintaining, configuring, and installing various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, SAN) Provide Level 2/3 support and troubleshooting to resolve issues. Maintaining current knowledge, understanding of security, and networking best practices to offer the best solutions and protection to company systems

Desired Experience:

5+ years’ experience in a Network Engineer – Maintaining enterprise networks and communications

3+ years of experience with firewalls (Dell Sonic wall, Palo Alto)

Hands-on experience layer two switching (Cisco) and fiber switching and WIFI
-
Familiarity with networking protocols (NAT, VPN, IPSEC, H232, 802.1Q, 802.1X)
