CONTRACT
Title: Services Technical Lead Location: Cincinatti OH –
100% Remote Term: 6 month contract + extension (Client reserves right to hire after 6 months)
Rate: 75/hr MAX

Requirements:
Java, SpringBoot, MicroServices, AKS, Containerization, Kubernetes, Event Driven architecture knowledge, Streaming Platform (Kafka) experience, Observability & Monitoring implementation
Leads the discovery phase of medium to large scale projects to come up with high level design;
Designs and implements low latency services;
Write quality backend code primarily in Java, Spring and Hibernate;
Experience in Dockers and Kubernetes
Leads and participates in end to end service implementations, data feeds ingestion, and orchestration.
Partner with various departments for specifications, use cases, iterations, testing, training and client feedback implementation;
Develops innovation strategies, processes, and best practices;
Troubleshoots business and production issues;
Conduct code review and set standards for development team.
Mentoring and guiding team members.
Good communication skills with ability to have client interactions
