IDR is seeking a Revenue Cycle Analyst to join one of our top clients for an opportunity in the Sunnyvale, TX area. 

Overview:

The Revenue Cycle Analyst will play a crucial role in identifying and resolving billing barriers that delay claim submission and impact cash flow. This hands-on role supports the Corporate Business Office and is essential in investigating and resolving patient accounts, identifying issues and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve errors.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience working with denied A/R, DNFB, and unbilled accounts • Strong hands-on experience with Cerner billing software

• Proven background in hospital billing or revenue cycle operations (provider side, not payer) • Deep understanding of claim workflows and resolution processes • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
