Position Overview/Responsibilities for the VP, President Canada: - Oversee the P&L for our client's Canadian operations, meeting or exceeding revenue and profit targets. - Lead annual sales and operations planning, including forecasting and budgeting. - Build and maintain strategic relationships with distributors, retailers, and customers. - Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to expand market presence. - Foster an inclusive and positive work culture to inspire growth and engagement. Required Skills for VP, President Canada: - 15-20 years in VP/C-suite roles with proven leadership in manufacturing, wiring, or cable industries. - Experience managing large teams, budgets, and projects worth $200M+. - Must be a Canadian citizen with no travel or visa restrictions. - Ability to travel internationally.
