Position Overview/Responsibilities for the Release Train Engineer:- Facilitate Agile Release Train (ART) events, including PI Planning, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt sessions- Mentor Scrum Masters, Product Owners, and development teams in SAFe practices and lean-agile principles- Proactively identify risks and impediments, facilitate resolution, and maintain flow of value- Ensure strategic and intra-ART alignment with organizational goals- Drive efficiency and flow enhancements across the ART through data-driven insights- Maintain effective communication and collaboration with stakeholders, System Architects, Product Management, and Business Owners- Coordinate logistics, facilitate sessions, and provide ongoing support during Program IncrementsRequired Skills for Release Train Engineer:- 5+ years of relevant experience in Agile delivery, including at least 3 years as a Release Train Engineer- Active SAFe Release Train Engineer certification (RTE) or equivalent SAFe credential- Proven ability to work onsite in a fast-paced, enterprise-scale environment- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills- Experience with Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Rally)What’s in it for you?- Competitive compensation package- Full Benefits; Medical, Vision, Dental, and more!- Opportunity to get in with an industry leading organization- Close-knit and team-oriented cultureWhy IDR?- 25+ Years of Proven Industry Experience in 4 major markets- Employee Stock Ownership Program- Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance- ClearlyRated's Best of Staffing® Client and Talent Award winner 11 years in a row;
