Data Program Manager

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Cleveland, OH
C2C Pay Rate: $90/HR

Required Skills and Experience:

7+ years of project/program management experience, including 3+ years in data-focused or analytics-based projects.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale data initiatives from design through deployment.
Expertise in Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
Solid knowledge of cloud-based data solutions (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Hands-on experience with SQL, data modeling, and ETL processes.
Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Jira, MS Project, or similar.
Prior experience in the insurance domain, especially with Guidewire platforms, is highly preferred.

Desired Background:

10+ years of combined experience across data architecture, analytics, and insurance systems consulting.
