Data Engineer - Snowflake
  • Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
  • Location: Detroit, MI
  • C2C Pay Rate: $80/HR
Mandatory Qualifications:

  • Strong expertise in AWS cloud design (Kinesis, S3, Redshift, API Gateway)

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake SQL, DBT, Tableau, Github, and Oracle HRIS (in order of priority)

  • Proficient in S3 data management and real-time dataflow

  • Background in IT/OT integration and industrial infrastructure

  • Understanding of data models, flows, and analytics

  • Excellent communication and consulting skills

  • Experience with data cataloging, MQTT, and time-series data

  • Problem-solving mindset with agility and project management fundamentals

Preferred Qualifications:

  • AWS Certifications (Edge/Cloud)

  • Solution Architecture experience (L1/L2)

  • Background in manufacturing or Industry 4.0 environments

  • Exposure to Databricks and HiveMQ
