Skills and Experience Required:

• Proven experience overseeing and executing performance testing for large-scale OpenShift or Kubernetes environments.

• Hands-on expertise with Blazemeter for performance testing.

• Strong ability to define test environments, requirements, and performance benchmarks.

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and performance integration best practices.
