Backend API Developer

Ongoing contract (Client maintains right to hire after 3 months though rarely exercises this right)
Location: Charlotte, NC
C2C Pay Rate: $62/HR

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement RESTful APIs using Java.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate systems and enhance software interfaces.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.
Leverage multi-paradigm programming techniques to develop flexible and efficient code.
Troubleshoot and debug system integration issues.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in software development with a focus on Java and REST API development.
Proficiency in multi-paradigm programming concepts (object-oriented, functional, etc.).
Experience with system integration and interface development.
