Responsibilities:

• Provide support for and implement vended clinical applications across the Mayo Clinic Enterprise.

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of IAM policies, procedures, and governance frameworks to ensure alignment with industry standards and regulatory requirements

• Administer and support IAM technologies and tools such as SailPoint, CyberArk, Active Directory, SSO, MFA, and PAM solutions to manage secure access across the enterprise.

• Identify, assess, and mitigate IAM-related risks, implement key risk indicators (KRIs), and produce regular reports on IAM trends and risk posture for leadership and stakeholders.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce data governance and access control mechanisms, including the implementation of role-based access control (RBAC) and continuous monitoring through GRC and IAM reporting platforms.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Masters Degree with 5+ years of related experience or Bachelors Degree with 6+ years
• 5+ years IAM technical experience ( specifically with Sailpoint, CyberArk, etc.)

• 4+ years of  IAM technologies ( Active Directory, SSO, MFA, PAM tools)

• Strong experience with NIST, ISO 27001, COBIT, SOC 2

Compensation Details: $87.50/hr
