We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Product Engineer / Delivery Lead / Delivery Manager to drive the successful execution and delivery of our software products. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. This role demands strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and a customer-centric approach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of product solutions, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget adherence.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear deliverables.
- Oversee development teams, ensuring smooth execution of agile processes and sprint planning.
- Identify and mitigate risks to project timelines, resources, or scope.
- Foster effective communication across teams, acting as the primary point of contact for project updates.
- Manage project roadmaps, milestones, and release schedules to align with business priorities.
- Support technical decision-making, working closely with architects and developers to deliver robust solutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews to assess progress, identify challenges, and implement solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by managing stakeholder expectations and ensuring delivery success.
Required Skills:
- Experience in product engineering, project delivery, or software development leadership roles.
- Proven experience in Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and product management frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Azure DevOps.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in cloud environments like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools and DevOps practices.
- Knowledge of technical architecture, microservices, and API design principles.
- Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), PMP, or SAFe Agilist are highly desirable
