IDR is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join one of our top clients in the healthcare industry. This role can be performed remotely from Wisconsin or Michigan. Position Overview
Under the general supervision of a Manager, the Customer Service Representative will be responsible for triaging inbound calls from healthcare providers while ensuring a high level of customer service. Responsibilities include:
Assisting Health Plan customers with inquiries regarding member benefits and eligibility, claim status verification, and health plan claim processing requirements.
Maintaining accurate documentation of customer interactions.
Communicating effectively with customers while maintaining confidentiality.
Collaborating with co-workers and supporting a team-oriented environment.
Required Skills
2 years of customer service experience in the healthcare field
Strong background in call center, insurance, or medical environments
High School Diploma required; some college-level coursework preferred.
Experience with EPIC software is a plus.
