IDR is seeking a Workday Extend Developer to join one of our top clients for an opportunity remotely. This role involves working within a dynamic HR technology environment, focusing on designing and developing custom solutions using Workday Extend. The organization operates in the HR and enterprise technology space, providing innovative solutions to improve workforce management processes.
Position Overview for the Workday Extend Developer :
- Support the design and development of Workday Extend applications to meet client specifications
- Collaborate closely with client stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Develop, configure, and deploy custom applications within the Workday platform
- Perform testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements to ensure high-quality deliverables
- Ensure adherence to Workday architecture, security standards, and development best practices
Requirements for the Workday Extend Developer :
- Moderate to strong hands-on experience with Workday Extend development
- Solid understanding of Workday architecture, data model, and security
- Experience working with Workday REST APIs, Workday Studio, or related tools (preferred)
- Ability to work closely with clients, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality solutions
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
