About Ashley Norman:

Ashley reached out to me after I submitted my resume for a recruiting role. What I liked about her was that she did not know everything and was ok saying that. She did not try to cover up by guessing or making things up just to get me through to submittal. She also listened to me, understood where I needed to be on benefits, pay and such, and she worker out an initial pay offer based on my needs and the customers needs.
