I applied to this position and received a text message saying the next step was to do a virtual interview with an AI interviewer. And...I'm not gonna lie. I hate that. Finding a job is filled with enough anxiety and broken promises without having to put on your game face to be interviewed by a robot. I texted back that I would prefer to speak with a real person. Just a little while later, I got a call from Ela! We had a great convo, and I felt like she explained the position well and advocated for me to get the best possible compensation. She even followed up via text later with feedback from the account manager. All on the same day that I applied!
