I am so pleased that Maggie reached out to me. It would be so great to get the interview with State of Tennessee. Maggie has been very responsive and positive. Her timing is impeccable as well.

About Allison Jones:

Allison is one of the best recruiters that I've worked with in a while, she shows care and goes above and beyond. We discussed the role in details as well as the expectations. She was more concerned about me taking a pay cut and on her went to ask for more for me, that is compassion through passion for her work and clients. I appreciate that effort even if things don't pan out with this role. Any one working with is lucky to have her in their corner.
