About Boomer Perry:

Boomer was very personable and well-spoken, laying out the opportunity and discussing my experience and how it falls right in line with the responsibilities of the new role. I truly hope the interview leads to an offer because this is a great role for me and I wouldn't have found it had Boomer not reached out to me.

About Mary Paretti:

Mary is truly one of the best recruiters I've had the pleasure of working with. Her professionalism, passion, and genuine commitment to helping candidates find the right opportunity are evident in every interaction. From our first conversation, it was clear that Mary is deeply invested in not just filling roles, but making meaningful matches that benefit both IDR's clients and the candidates she supports. What sets Mary apart is her attentiveness and follow-through. Throughout my job search, I've often heard "We'll keep you in mind for future opportunities" only to never hear back, even when new roles arise that match my background. Mary is the complete opposite! She has a keen eye for aligning a candidates strengths with the right role and consistently follows through, keeping candidates at the top of her mind and actively advocating for them when the right fit comes along. Her proactive communication, thoughtful insights, and sincere encouragement make the job-seeking process feel far more human. Mary embodies everything you'd hope for in a recruiter! She's knowledgeable, responsive, and genuinely cares about the people she works with. I'm truly grateful for the opportunity to work with her and highly recommend her to anyone navigating their next career move!
