Carley was amazing to talk to. She took the time to explain not only the position and the role I would be filling, but what IDR would do for me as well. I really enjoyed that Carley asked questions about my goals and what I am looking for before telling me the specifications about the position and the company.
Ben was great and very professional. The lower scores were basically because the job description from the company was a bit unclear to me but that wasn't Ben's fault. The other lower score is because in my experience with IDR, you guys do seem to be a bit aggressive in your communication timeline. Calls, then LinkedIn messages, calls again. It feels like you're "rushing to the finish line" so to speak and sometimes the potential contractor doesn't have time to respond. This wasn't my experience with Ben btw; that's just a general feeling I've had with IDR.
