Mary was so nice. She was articulate in letting me know about the job details and requirements. She listened attentively, and gave really good feedback. I have had other interviews with recruiters, and by far, Mary was outstanding. I used to do the hiring ( and have worked in HR) for our family businesses. I interviewed the majority of our hires, after my mother's attempts did not work out so well ( we let go of the 2 she interviewed). It take intuition and good instincts ( which I believe I have), to know the right questions to ask, and how to ask them as well, and make the select the best hire. We still keep in touch with many of those employees, as they became like family to us. Mary has that same instinct, and intuition, I believe. You can tell she's genuine, and a gem! She's a "keeper"! I would encourage others to sign up with IDR, they are a really great company to partner with in your job search. And they obviously, hire really great talent. :-)
