About Colton Benter:

Honestly, its a little early for this review as I've only had 1 conversation with Colton and submitted him my resume. However, super nice guy who seems to genuinely want to work to provide me the best experience possible. I don't expect to hear back from him for at least a week or two since our first call was just yesterday. Again, nice guy but he didn't get all top marks from me because I just don't have enough to go by, so don't hold that against him. This is more of an incomplete review as opposed to a bad review.

She was very transparent throughout the conversation, clearly explaining the recruitment process and billing structure. She provided a detailed walkthrough of the role, shared insights about the client, and explained what the team is specifically looking for. She demonstrated a positive and encouraging attitude, especially toward my willingness to learn and adapt, and mentioned that these qualities are important to her when evaluating candidates. She took the time to understand my experience as a technical lead and thoughtfully aligned my approach with the client’s requirements. About Taylor Kittrell:

Taylor is wonderful. She was warm while maintaining candor and transparency. I really appreciated the fact that she followed up with me to reassure me I was still submitted for a job and we were waiting on the client as the wait had been a little lengthy on the clients' part. In particular, I'd like to note that she called nearly immediately after I submitted my chat-bot screening which made all the difference.
