Position Summary:
Provide expert physical therapy care in the home setting, helping patients regain mobility, independence, and confidence. Deliver personalized treatment plans, educate patients and caregivers, and collaborate with the care team to achieve optimal outcomes.Key Responsibilities:
Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
Implement therapy programs to improve strength, balance, and function
Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and activity modifications
Accurately document visits using HCHB and OASIS systems
Communicate progress and coordinate care with the interdisciplinary team
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
Active, unrestricted state license to practice Physical Therapy
Proficiency with Homecare Homebase (HCHB) and OASIS documentation
Strong communication, organizational, and patient care skills
Experience in home health preferred

Location: Georgetown, SC Pay Rate: $50 per hour Position OverviewWe are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated General Education Math Teacher to join a school-based team in Georgetown, SC. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality math instruction, foster a positive learning environment, and support the academic and personal growth of all students. This position involves delivering engaging lessons, differentiating instruction based on student needs, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure student success.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, prepare, and deliver math lessons aligned with state standards and curriculum guidelines.
Create a classroom environment that encourages active learning, critical thinking, and problem-solving.
Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, tests, and classroom participation.
Adapt instructional materials and teaching strategies to meet the diverse learning needs of students.
Communicate regularly with parents, administrators, and support staff regarding student performance and behavior.
Participate in professional development and staff meetings to stay current with best practices in education.
Maintain accurate records of attendance, grades, and student progress in compliance with school and district policies.
Bachelor’s degree in Education, Mathematics, or a related field required; Master’s degree preferred.
Valid South Carolina teaching certification in Mathematics or eligibility to obtain one.
Proven experience teaching math at the middle or high school level.
Strong classroom management and communication skills.
Ability to engage students with varied instructional methods and technology integration.
Full-time, on-site position following the school year calendar.
Monday–Friday, daytime hours (no weekends or evenings required).
Contract aligns with the academic year, with potential for renewal.
