Job Title: School Psychologist
Job Type: Full-Time | School-Year Contract
Overview:
We’re seeking a dedicated and student-centered School Psychologist to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive psychological services to support the academic, emotional, and behavioral needs of students. This position plays a key role in promoting student well-being, fostering positive school climates, and ensuring compliance with state and federal guidelines.
Responsibilities:

Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and assessments for eligibility and program planning

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)

Provide consultation and support to teachers, administrators, and families regarding student learning and behavior

Deliver counseling and intervention services to address social, emotional, and behavioral challenges

Collect and analyze data to support student progress monitoring and intervention effectiveness

Participate in crisis response, prevention initiatives, and professional development activities

Maintain compliance with ethical, legal, and district policies
Qualifications:

Master’s or Specialist degree in School Psychology or related field

Current state certification or licensure as a School Psychologist

Strong assessment, consultation, and communication skills

Experience working in K–12 school settings preferred

Knowledge of special education processes and RTI/MTSS frameworks
