Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
Job Type: Full-Time | School-Year Contract
Overview:
We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team. The ideal candidate is passionate about helping students improve communication skills, access the curriculum, and achieve meaningful progress through individualized and evidence-based interventions.
Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
Provide direct therapy to students across various communication disorders, including articulation, language, fluency, and voice
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support classroom integration and generalization of skills
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to eligibility, goal development, and service delivery planning
Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions, progress reports, and compliance requirements
Support prevention and early-intervention initiatives as part of a multidisciplinary team
Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred; CFs welcome to apply
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Prior school-based experience preferred but not required
