My experience is very positive with Rolyn so positive that I recommend a friend that I know is a very hard and dedicated worker like myself. There’s one thing I wanted to address the job is 7days 10hours which I do not have a problem with I’ve yet to miss a day but this past week we've lost a lot of workers do to the 6 points system although this does not pertain to me it’s falls back on me and causes me to work harder because we don’t have the employees to get the job done. 7days is a very hard task for some people and I think a 6point system is to strict for the the amount of days required to work I jus ask if you could do something about this maybe give a little more on the point system and give the people wit 5 or more points a second chance and keep them on schedule thank you.
