About Steve Nini:

Steve did a great job in listening and understanding my situation and needs. He gave lots of great advice and I felt that he was a true advocate for me. The only downside to using a recruiter is that the nature of their job incentivizes them to "sell" you on the company and the job just as much as they sell the company on you. So I did feel some pressure, but all's well that ends well! This was still by far the best experience I've had with a recruiting agency.

He’s really the only recruiter I’ve been working with that’s been getting me interviews, and he’s been a great motivator during these rough times. His transparency is refreshing as he’ll often share his most powerful communication tactics during interview prep, even if he’s used them on you.
